  1. Admin dashboard and sync reliability

    • New administration dashboard: active subscriptions, revenue for the current month with trend, a subscriptions chart and the latest contact requests at a glance.
    • Cleaner tables for organizations, subscriptions and users in the administration panel.
    • Improved the reliability of the Zoho Books sync for vendors and bills, and refined the bank detail fields.
    • Further refined payment file formatting for RBC Royal Bank.

  2. RBC file format refinement

    • Refined payment file formatting for RBC Royal Bank, with the matching update in the audit report.
    • Updated the logo on the homepage.

  3. Sync status, vendor and report improvements

    • You can now see when a sync is waiting or running, right where you select your bills.
    • Improved the validation of bank details during bank setup.
    • Refined the vendors table and the layout of the audit report.
    • The Zoho Books logo now uses the official version on the marketplace page.

  4. Privacy policy, terms and marketplace page

    • New Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions pages, in English and French, including a Limitations section.
    • New Zoho Marketplace page describing the Zoho Books integration.
    • The onboarding guide is now fully translated and includes a language switcher.
    • Added the onboarding link to the site footer and a shared header and footer across all public pages.

  5. Language and sign-in improvements

    • Unified language handling: your chosen language now follows you through sign-in, setup and the application.
    • Improved the sign-in experience for users whose subscription had ended.
    • Smoother redirect to the right page after login.
    • Updated the user form and several dashboard labels in English and French.

  6. Zoho connection and balance improvements

    • The Zoho Books connection now stays active on its own, so syncs run without interruption.
    • Improved the accuracy of balances on the dashboard, in the vendors list and in the totals of the audit report.
    • Your vendors and bills now refresh automatically every night.
    • Search and filters now stay in place while you select bills.

  7. French setup and subscription pages

    • Organization setup and bank setup are now available in French.
    • Login, registration and the subscription page are now available in French.
    • Refinements to the Zoho Books sync and to payment file formatting.

  8. Support requests and bill selection improvements

    • New support form in the user menu, with subjects for general inquiries, sync questions, payment file questions, support requests and billing.
    • Improved the selected total when choosing bills for payment, so it updates in real time as you work.
    • Refined the columns of the bills table.

  9. Onboarding guide and contact form

    • New public onboarding guide with step-by-step screenshots covering organization setup, subscription, bank details and the Zoho Books connection.
    • Help links added right where you set up your bank and your Zoho Books connection.
    • The contact form on the website now sends your message to our team by email.
    • Refreshed homepage copy in English and French.
