On the Team plan, each user beyond the one included is $14 per month. Add or remove users any time; the charge is shown before you confirm and your next invoice reflects it. Premium includes unlimited users at no extra charge.
No. Prices are shown before tax. GST, HST or QST is calculated from your province and added at checkout, so the amount you see there is the final amount. Every invoice shows the tax breakdown you need for your input tax credits.
There is no free trial, and there is no long-term contract either. Subscribe for a single month, connect Zoho Books, validate a file with your bank in test mode and cancel if Zefty is not the right fit. Unsure about your bank or your setup? Write to us before you subscribe.
Yes. Cancel in a few clicks from your billing page. Your organization keeps access until the end of the period already paid, no further charges are made, and your files and reports stay downloadable until then.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, through Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details never touch Zefty. Update your card, change your billing address and download invoices from your billing page.
Multi-organization is part of the Team and Premium plans. Each organization has its own Zoho Books connection, bank details and subscription, so the plan applies per organization. An accounting firm with three client companies on Team would carry three Team subscriptions, each with its own included user and additional users as needed.
Yes. Move up or down from your billing page, or write to us and we will adjust it for you. Moving from Team to Premium removes per-user charges right away; moving down keeps your data, so just check that your user count fits the new plan.
Not from Zefty. Your plan covers file generation, the Zoho Books sync and every report, and Premium includes unlimited EFT transactions. Your bank may charge its own fees for EFT origination and per-item processing under your bank agreement; ask your business banking representative for their schedule.
