Our story
Zefty started with a familiar problem. Canadian businesses running Zoho Books had a clean accounts payable process right up to the moment they paid vendors by electronic funds transfer. Then the work moved to a spreadsheet, a hand-built bank file and a portal that rejected the upload for reasons nobody could explain.
Rollin, a Canadian software studio, teamed up with NSI, a Zoho consulting partner that works with Canadian accounting teams every day, to close that gap. Together we designed a service that takes approved bills straight from Zoho Books, produces a file your bank accepts the first time, and records every payment back in Zoho Books so your books stay current.
We built Zefty for controllers, bookkeepers and accounting firms, not developers. A payment run takes minutes instead of hours, nothing is retyped, and every file is kept with a readable report you can show an auditor. Zefty never moves money and never holds your bank credentials; approval and release stay in your bank portal.
Zefty is a Canadian company with a support team that answers in English and French. We keep the product focused, we publish what changes on our changelog, and we price it in Canadian dollars with no surprises.
